Vacancy details
Our client based in Rochdale is looking for a Qualified social worker to work in its Older Persons Team. The role is initially for 3 months but their will be the likelihood of extension should the candidate prove successful.
Key skills needed include
Assessment and care management skills
Risk assessment and risk management skills
Knowledge of social care and health issues affecting older people and their carers
Experience of older persons mental health
