Synergy Graduate Scheme facilitates organic growth
Synergy’s recent graduate recruitment scheme is beginning to bear fruit with encouraging signs for the future.
Synergy began it’s graduate programme earlier this year in our Leeds office with three new starters. These new recruits have settled into the team very well and 2 of them have already placed candidates in new roles! Using a mentoring scheme, all the graduates have been trained by a Senior Consultant or Team Manager and we hope this arrangement will continue to be successful in our London office, when 4 new graduate recruitment consultants join us next week.
Our graduate recruitment scheme continues and enhances our policy of personal growth and development to our staff and our commitment to helping people build a career in the recruitment industry. We are always looking at innovative ways to recruit new staff and we aim to run similar initiatives of this nature in the near future.
