Our international social care recruitment service was established in 2003 and has earned a reputation for providing quality staff and a professional service for both temporary and permanent positions. Candidates are fully vetted to be able to ‘hit the ground running’ in local authorities, hospitals, NHS trusts, housing associations and charitable organisations in London and across the UK.

Services to Clients

We provide the following services for our clients:

  • Locum vetting to the highest safeguarding standards including own country police check, current CRB check, references to cover 5 years, visa requirements, qualification and registration verification
  • Full face-to-face interviews conducted with all candidates – locum and permanent 
  • Conducting joint campaigns for both locum and permanent staff
  • Joint advertising for candidates (double branding to gain good response)
  • Synergy will cover the cost for advertising, travel to recruitment destination and accommodation for both parties
  • Co-interview all candidates to a client-specific format
  • Synergy will organise and process all internal HR forms as required
  • Organise video-conference interviews
  • Synergy manage candidate contact from initial response through to start date with ongoing care provided
  • Fully qualified visa advisors registered with the OISC 
  • Training – Synergy organises and provides training for candidates with regards to new statutory laws and requirements within the UK unless already covered (1 day course)  
  • Arrange face-to-face interviews for all our UK based candidates and offer full HR service to fast-track candidates
  • We offer a 100% guarantee for all successfully placed permanent candidates who leave within the first 3 Months of employment *based on 20% introduction fee, otherwise standard guarantee period applies*
